One of the best kbbq experiences I've had! It's pricey but the service and quality of meat makes it worth it. The staff cooks the meat for you. I highly recommend making reservations in advance since it gets crowded quickly. My favorite cuts of meat were the A5 Wagyu and boneless short rib. If you tell the staff you're celebrating a birthday they will give you a cute Choco pie cake.

10 butchers is honestly the best kbbq I've ever had! It's a little pricey and not ayce but the quality and service is worth it. Our friend made a reservation for Friday night early in the week. Walking in, the decor or trendy with good music playing (not obnoxiously loud tho). We ordered a good amount of food: Japchae: noodles were perfect with plenty of flavor. My favorite japchae. Seafood pancake: nice big chunks of seafood and the pancake was crispy on the outside. US Wagyu: really good! We had it in between other leaner meats to really savor the richness. Pork belly: this is a must IMO. Not too fatty and cooked on the grill was perfection. I love how they cook the meat for you. The staff floated around to a few tables to cook but all the food was cooked perfection. Can't wait to come back!

I FINALLY got the chance to try 10 Butchers, and it indeed lived up to the hype! My bf took me here as a treat one month post-wisdom teeth extraction. What a way to celebrate right?! Anyways, he made a reservation for a Sunday lunch. Definitely make sure you make a reservation because there was quite a handful of people in the waiting area. We checked in, and we were led to our table right away. We initially wanted to order just the US wagyu brisket and japchae, but our server said that we needed at least two cuts of meat in order to use the grill, so we added the black pork belly (Note: I'm not sure if the rule is at least 2 cuts of meat or if it's one per person but wish they had that written somewhere). My bf and I didn't know how this restaurant operated. We were pleasantly surprised when the servers cooked for us LOL, but I guess that makes sense. These cuts are pricey, so it would be tragic to cook them incorrectly. Anyways, my bf and I both got to be princesses for the meal hehe. The meat was FANTASTIC! At most KBBQ places, I cannot eat meat without some kind of dipping sauce, but you know it's good when you can just eat it straight up. I honestly preferred eating the meat with the salt over the sesame oil which was surprising. The salt was really good though. Someone on here said it was truffle salt? I think I definitely prefer a thinner cut of meat so the wagyu brisket was my favorite. It was tender, smoky, and had a nice crisp to it. The pork belly was also good though. It was soft and juicy. I really like that this came with some mushrooms to cleanse all that heaviness, but I think I would stick with the beef cuts next time I return. The japchae was nice and fulfilling. I will note though that even though this is listed under appetizer, this plate is HUGE. It was nice to have some noodles to eat asides from the meat, but I think we could have gotten by without it. I went into a food coma after this meal LOL, and we still ended up taking leftovers. The restaurant also provides complimentary banchan, but they weren't that great to be honest. I only really liked this pancake thing they had, but everything else was just ok. A nice thing though is that they also provide a small complimentary sample sized dessert. We got some kind of a mixed berry soft serve, and it was nice and refreshing. My bf and I have controversial takes on tipping, but at this place, I would definitely drop more than the average tipping percentage. Our server really deserved it. She was so sweet. We are both definitely coming back to this place. Not too soon because our wallets need to recover, but for sure we are coming back! I can't wait!

What a luxurious kbbq experience! So delicious! Definitely on the pricier side but so worth it for the quality of meat and service. Our server Tim was awesome! He was friendly, kept our drinks and sides filled, staged the meat for our IG pics, and even shared some of his tips and tricks. They accept reservations, so definitely want to book ahead. If not, the wait could be rather long. They offer a wide variety of cocktails but we opted for the Korean sweet raspberry wine!

We were able to walk in on a Saturday before Mother's Day and it was pretty packed but we were able to get seated within an hour luckily but noticed some ppl did have to wait longer, maybe because we were just 2 ppl? Staff was friendly and helped explain the dining experience and their recommendations. The staff cooked our food to our likely and the side dishes provided were all tasty and amazing. You can definitely taste the quality in their food. The environment was jam packed and busy but so nice and the booths were roomy. Way bigger inside than it looks on the outside.

Came here for Father's day with a 7pm reservation. As meat connoisseurs, we decided to order a generous spread: Jabchae, Galbi Jjim, Rib Eye (US Wagyu), Boneless Short Rib (US Wagyu), Chuck Flap (US Wagyu), and the Brisket (US Wagyu). These were all cuts that were recommended to us by our server. We hesitated to order the japanese wagyu. When asked to see their japanese wagyu certification, our server said they could not provide us with their certificate at this time. (Maybe because they were so busy?) We wanted to see the certification because $95 for 6oz of Japanese A5 boneless short rib is actually really cheap. We ate at similar restaurant in NYC that was able to provide us with their certificate, and their menu price was $38 for 1oz. (That would mean a similarly priced cut at 10 butchers should have cost around ~228.). Nonetheless, our food arrived in a timely manner. We were forewarned that the banchan would be a bit bland, and our friends were right. None of us minded however. We were only there for the meat. We started off with the brisket, you could not go wrong here. Nice, fatty, melt-in your mouth. Paired well with the sharpness of the spring onion salad. Then we were hit with the boneless short rib, and the rib eye. Both of these were excellent cuts, also nicely tender and fatty. The salt was a nice pairing to cut the oily texture that was starting to buildup in our tongue. Last was the chuck flap, and arguably my favorite cut. If you aren't used to the fatty taste of wagyu I would recommend this cut as it seemed to have the least amount of marbling. The Galbi Jjim came last. Nothing notable to mention here. Meat was tender, sauce was good. But not as good as Daeho, which I mentioned in another review being a mind blowing experience. All in all, it was a great meal. I get the hype but I wouldn't come here regularly. It is a convenient spot to take someone whose never tried wagyu before.

Came here for Valentine's day and it was one of the best experiences that I have had for a Korean BBQ spot. Not only did the meat selection taste very high quality , but also the free appetizer dishes as well. The whole vibe of the restaurant also fit in the quality of the dishes. Another plus was that the waiter cuts and cooks the meats for you to enjoy. Prime Ribeye 5/5 - This steak was excellent in all ways. There were no excess pieces of fat that were unfavorable. Even though it was not wagyu, this ribeye was still melt in your mouth. Pork Belly 5/5 - Also very excellent in terms of taste and quality. It was very nice to eat with the green onion and onion banchan for a refreshing taste overall. Chuck Flap 5/5 - Was very surprised with this one since I would not have chosen this if it wasn't for my girlfriend who recommended it to me. This piece of meat was also very tender and I would try this one again. Overall, I would come here again for a special occasion. Given the price, it was more than worth to try this place. I believe it is very much worth the hype as well.
